About Us
We started our business in November 2008. The idea of my Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette began when I was a Chef in the food service industry. During my time at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, I was asked to create a dressing for a health-conscious Colonel for his retirement dinner. I was limited to using only whole, all natural ingredients. I created my Vinaigrette, and after some a great response, I continued to serve it anywhere I prepared a meal.
For many years my customers raved about it, telling me it’s ‘to die for’, and that we should bottle it. I thanked them for their compliments and secretly hoped to do exactly that.
In November 2008, along with my wife, Sabrena’s business skills, we decided to take a leap of faith. We purchased some bottling supplies, and started on our dining room table. Our business blossomed, and we both now run our business full time.

About Us
We are a small farm located in Frederick county, Maryland. We sell whole raw fleece from our flock of Tunis Sheep. Tunis is a heritage sheep reportedly once owned by George Washington. We participate in the Shave ‘Em to Save “Em Livestock Conservancy program. We have a limited supply of beautiful fleeces that you will love. You can call to order and visit our farm or go to our Etsy shop.
We also sell sheep breeding stock and market lambs. Please call, text or email to inquire. We can be found at the Field Fresh Farmers market at the Frederick Fair grounds throughout out the summer.
