About Us

In 1987, Margrit and Albrecht Pichler brought the first two superfine Merinos to America – at a time when fiber that fine wasn’t even on the spinning count scale! Since then, Morehouse Farm has been breeding for the finest fleeces and the result is some of the softest farm yarn you’ll ever feel. A valuable in 5 bases from lace/fingering to bulky, and with115 color ward you’ve got a whole rainbow to choose from. Plus, we’ve got everything packaged in a handy kit so you know you have all the yarn and instructions you need. Touching is believing!
