The 2026 Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival offers more than just fiber and fun—live music adds a warm and welcoming vibe throughout the weekend.

You’ll find Common Ground musicians in three spots around the Fairgrounds, with most performances happening at the Main Stage. It’s a great place to pause, have a seat, and enjoy the sounds of local talent while you recharge. Whether you’re catching your breath or connecting with friends, the music brings a relaxed and joyful atmosphere to your festival day. Don’t forget to stick around to watch the Make It With Wool Fashion Show at noon and the Junior Spinning Competition at 2:30 pm on Saturday, also happening on the Main Stage!

You can also listen to Common Ground musicians at the Common Ground Booth just inside the main entrance (next to the Information Tent), and at the Caruthers Booth on the lower end of the Midway (towards the Sheepdog Demo area).
