Refund Policy
Returns are not accepted for product purchases. We do not issue refunds for courses that have already taken place. However, if you are not satisfied, or have an issue with payment, please contact gro.loowdnapeehs@eciffo or call 410-531-3647.
Delivery of Purchases
All Festival Event Registration will be confirmed by the date of the Festival. Catalogs will be mailed out in a bulk mailing mid-March, with weekly batch mailings after that until the Festival Weekend.
